In-Person Visit
**For the safety of your loved ones and our team members, all visitors must adhere to the following guidance:** - All visitors will be limited to outdoor visits on the patio and will be required to stay in the designated area 6 feet from other staff, residents, or visitors. - Visitation will be limited to three (3) guests at a time and 60 minutes per visit - Visitors will be screened with a questionnaire and temperature check before visitation. - A team member may be present to monitor all visits and will disinfect the visitation area between visits. - Suspected or confirmed COVID-positive visitors may not enter the facility for scheduled visits, and must instead reschedule or must schedule video visits instead. - Visitors and residents must wear facial coverings at all times and maintain good hand hygiene. - Unvaccinated visitors that request indoor visits must present a negative COVID test dated no later than 72 hours from start of visitation. - All vaccinated visitors must provide proof of vaccination before all indoor visits. - Fully vaccinated visitors of fully vaccinated residents may have limited physical contact with resident. Video visits and phone calls are a simple and convenient way to keep in touch! We currently offer Facetime or Zoom. After you schedule your appointment, we will contact you for your preferred video visit type. Facetime or ZoomWindow Visit
